Our partner SensoTech offers the right sensor for a wide range of applications and installation situations. From DN10 upwards, with integrated temperature measurement and easy installation. All installation lengths and virtually all standard process connections can be realised. Operation in hazardous areas is also no problem.

When it comes to the choice of materials, SensoTech knows no compromises: the standard version of the sensors is made of stainless steel DIN 1.471. For chemically aggressive substances that place special demands on corrosion resistance, versions in special alloys - Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum or with different plastic coatings are available.

Examples:

Immersion sensor 40-14

Immersion sensor 40-14 for labs

Immersion sensor with separated housing

Flange sensor in 80 Halar/PFA

The Controller

The Controller

description

The control unit or "Controller" is the interface between the sensor and the operator. As an analysis unit, the control unit takes care of the visualisation of process data, manages the data sets for concentration calculation and enables calibration and adjustment of the measured data.

Variants:

Controller 40: The C40 is used for the analysis of multi-component systems (caustic-salt-water, acid-salt-water), especially in gas scrubbers and neutralisation plants.

Controller 30: The C30 is equipped with a powerful sensor interface. It can therefore be coupled with up to 4 sensors. This results in particularly cost-optimised solutions when it comes to equipping several measuring points.

Controller 20: The Controller C20 is the economical version. Compared to the Controller 30, it has a reduced configuration and can be connected to a sensor via its digital interface.
