The Gasmet Continuous Emission Monitoring System CEMS II e offers a TÜV/MCERTS-certified solution (QAL1) for a wide range of applications in the field of process and emission monitoring. Since all components are heated to 180°C, this extractive system is ideal for measuring gas components from hot, wet and corrosive gas streams.

A typical application is the simultaneous measurement of the following 16 gases to assess the emissions of an incinerator: H2O, CO2, CO, N2O, NO,NO 2, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C6H14, C2H4 and CH2O.

The CEMS II e is a modular system, usually consisting of the Gasmet CX4000 FTIR gas analyzer, a heated sampling unit with sampling probe, pump and filters, and an industrial PC with Calcmet software. If required, the CEMS II e can be equipped with a oxygen analyzer and/or a flame ionization detector GFID.
