The Gasmet CMM is TÜV and MCERTS certified continuous mercury monitoring system that measures the lowest concentrations of mercury (total Hg) in exhaust gases from incinerators, even in samples containing large amounts of dust and associated gases (e.g. NO, SO2). It is designed to meet the highest regulatory requirements and supports fully automated QAL3 validation using an integrated elemental mercury (Hg⁰) generator.

The Gasmet Continuous Emission Monitoring System CEMS II e offers a TÜV/MCERTS-certified solution (QAL1) for a wide range of applications in the field of process and emission monitoring. Since all components are heated to 180°C, this extractive system is ideal for measuring gas components from hot, wet and corrosive gas streams.
A typical application is the simultaneous measurement of the following 16 gases to assess the emissions of an incinerator: H2O, CO2, CO, N2O, NO,NO 2, SO2, HCl, HF, NH3, CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C6H14, C2H4 and CH2O.
The CEMS II e is a modular system, usually consisting of the Gasmet CX4000 FTIR gas analyzer, a heated sampling unit with sampling probe, pump and filters, and an industrial PC with Calcmet software. If required, the CEMS II e can be equipped with a oxygen analyzer and/or a flame ionization detector GFID.
The Gasmet CX4000 is an industrial multi-component gas analyzer for continuous process and emission monitoring. The device is controlled by an external computer, and up to 50 components from ppm to vol.% can be measured simultaneously.

Gasmet CX4000 Technical Data (ID 7082).pdfThe GT6000 Mobilis is an EN15267-4 QAL1-certified (MCERTS) FTIR portable emissions gas analyzer for accurate, reliable, and fast multi-gas measurements in the field. Whether you're conducting stack testing, on-site emissions monitoring, or combustion research, it delivers certified, lab-grade analysis without compromise.
The gas analyzer is typically set up to measure H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, NH3, CH4, HCl, HF and different VOCs and can measure up to 50 gases simultaneously. It is designed to be used with the portable sampling system, PSS Plus or PSS Base. PSS utilizes the hot-and-wet measurement principle (no drying or dilution).
