Management change at MBE Ltd.
Mr. Markus Grunder, present company owner and general manager, will retire from operational business at the end of 2011 and sell the majority of the shares in equal parts to
Dr. Klaus Holtzhauer (sales director) as well as to Mr. Jacques Faber (general manager).
During the next years, Markus Grunder will still be member of the supervisory board of
MBE Ltd. and support the activities as a consultant.
